Abstract:

This study aims to explain the profit strategies of Hyundai Motor Company, focusing on its governance structure. Hyundai Motor Company with Chaebol governance has maintained its high growth, adopting unique profit strategies since the early 1970s. Hyundai’s success has been exceptional among the late-comers in the world automobile industry.
